Mill Creek Environmental is actively helping our clients meet Illinois’s environmental laws and regulations.

We work closely with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) to ensure our client's across the state comply with the environmental laws and regulations in place and help protect the state's natural resources and care for citizens through issuing site assessments, inspections and compliance enforcement procedures. The mission of the Illinois EPA is to safeguard environmental quality, consistent with the social and economic needs of the State, so as to protect health, welfare, property and the quality of life.

In accordance with the IEPA guidelines, we strive to help our clients adhere to all of Illinois' environmental regulations by providing a variety of services across the state, such as Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments and Field Services.
