PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Lundberg has been an affiliate
of Mill Creek Environmental Services, Inc. (MCES) since
inception. He provides environmental engineering services
specializing in compliance assistance and water quality.
However, Mr. Lundberg’s experience includes remediation
system design, best management practices evaluations,
development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans,
Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures Plans
and Tank Integrity Testing.
Mr. Lundberg is the president of Resolve
Engineering, a full service environmental engineering
firm. He is responsible for the oversight of daily operations,
client relations, regulatory interaction and project
management. Prior to starting Resolve, Mr. Lundberg,
served as the principal engineer and project manager
for another local consulting company. As Head of Water
Resources Group for this company, Mr. Lundberg provided
strategic and technical assistance to NPDES permit holders,
including execution of Total Maximum Daily Load and
Waste Load Allocation studies, watershed flow quantity
and quality modeling, oversight of Water-Effects Ratio
and Use Attainability Analyses studies, development
of contaminated sediment strategies, and initiation
of watershed trades. Mr. Lundberg also provided regulatory
assistance and strategic guidance to industrial clients;
wastewater treatment system design and operation, non-point
pollution source control design, Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Plan development, ground water remediation
system design, Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures
Plan preparation, and Title V and SIP air permit preparation.
PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES
As the founder of Resolve, Mr. Lundberg
manages the day to day operations of the firm including
client development, proposals, manpower projections,
equipment requirements, scheduling, budget projections,
permitting and reports. He founded this company with
the goal of providing the highest quality of environmental
regulatory assistance and strategic advice to meet individual
client needs. Mr. Lundberg, a member of the Water Environment
Federation’s TMDL Workgroup, is a recognized leader
in watershed regulatory and technical issues. He has
assisted numerous companies develop cost-effective and
innovative compliance solutions to ever-tightening air
and water quality regulations.
