PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
In 2005, Mr. Hemmerle joined Mill Creek
Environmental Services, Inc. (MCES) to work as an Environmental
Technician. His responsibilities with MCES include management
of field activities, project management, data compilation
and evaluation, report preparation and marketing. Mr.
Hemmerle has managed several construction projects,
both large and small, for NPDES compliance. Tasks include
permitting, weekly inspections, monitoring, lab analysis,
data evaluation, client communication, and monthly reporting.
He is also experienced in soil classification for septic
systems and stream sampling. In addition, Mr. Hemmerle
is responsible for the construction and maintenance
of environmental projects sites. This includes installation
of instruments, remote sensors, flow meters, SVE systems,
overseeing well installation, building well pads, etc.
Prior to joining the MCES team, Mr.
Hemmerle was an executive for 30 years in the printing
industry. During this time he held positions in sales,
production and administration ending this phase of his
career as Vice-President and COO of PrintSouth Corporation.
PROFESSIONAL CAPABLILITIES
During his employment with MCES, Mr.
Hemmerle has been responsible for NPDES coordination
and monitoring, soil analysis to determine suitability
for use of on-site sewage treatment systems, groundwater
monitoring, stream monitoring, monitoring well construction,
installation and development. He has also assisted with
corrective action plans, watershed assessments, well
abandonment, report preparation and project management
tasks.
